2011 NFL Mock Draft: Complete 1st and 2nd Round Predictions

The NFL draft is officially two weeks away. While scouts and front office executives watch hours and hours of tape on prospects, coaches and general managers are bringing in top players for visits.

The Carolina Panthers are on the clock with the No. 1 overall pick. Being that they do not have a second-round pick, they need to make this one count.  With the way things appear to be going, Cam Newton seems poised to capture the top spot over players like Marcell Dareus, Patrick Peterson, A.J. Green and Blaine Gabbert.

Outside of that, much bigger questions remain.  Many are wondering where players like Jake Locker, Cameron Heyward, Ryan Williams and Colin Kaepernick will land.

The first and second rounds of the NFL draft could be extremely exciting, so sit back, relax and enjoy the ride as the first two rounds are broken down player by player.
