2011 Masters: Charl Schwartzel Making a Run!
For the first time in a couple of days there is a new co-leader at the Masters.
South African Charl Schwartzel is now three-under-par on his round. That ties him with Rory McIlroy at 11-under-par at tied for the lead.
Schwartzel chipped in on the first hole for his first birdie of the day. Then on the third hole, Schwartzel eagled the par-4 after sinking a shot from the fairway.
With Rory McIlroy struggling on the first two holes, it has become even more clear that this tournament is still up for grabs.
Currently, Schwartzel is hot. Everything seems to be going his way and he can do no wrong.
On top of that, the roars are starting to be heard all over the course. This is going to shake up the players who are currently treading water.
Tiger Woods' incredible run is continuing. Woods has now reached eight-under-par for the tournament and is now a seriously threat to win this thing.
Game on Augusta National. The tournament is wide open.
