Masters TV Schedule 2011: Station and Tee Times for Day 3 of the Masters
Masters TV Schedule 2011 Has Tiger Woods Looking to Roar Into the Lead
Round 3 of the 2011 Master's is underway today and Tiger Woods tees off in the later group at 2:35 EST.
Live TV coverage will begin at 3:30 EST on CBS.
Phil Mickelson was the favorite this year, Tiger Woods being an underdog in the tournament for the first time since 1999.
Woods has struggled mightily in 2011, in a year he was supposed to put his past behind him and charge back to being the dominant golfer he once was.
But it hasn't happened and Mickelson came into the Master's on a high, winning the Houston Open. He's looking to win his second green jacket in a row.
Interestingly enough, thus far it is Woods who is the front-runner of the two, a mere three strokes behind leader Rory McIlroy, while Mickelson finds himself tied for 23rd place and seven strokes back.
Will the 21-year-old McIlroy hang on for his first Master's title or will Woods make us remember why he was once the Michael Jordan of golf?
Woods has a chance to propel himself back to the spotlight for the right reasons, and a Master's win might erase his past demons.
One thing's for sure: if Woods is to pull out of the rut he's been in, he has to roar back and finish dramatically.
In essence, he'd have to become the player he used to be.
