Jason Ellis has shown a lot of versatility throughout this career.
First he was a professional skateboarder, where he became one of the top ranked athletes in the sport.
Then he ventured into mixed martial arts and boxing. Now he has an unblemished 1-0 record as an MMA pro.
It's from his love of extreme sports and fighting that resulted in his new idea for his new television show, Ellismania.
There's no other way to describe Ellis' new venture but to call it a Fight Club-meets-Jackass, fighting reality show on FUEL TV.
"It's people beating the crap out of each other," describes Ellis in this interview. "But it's really, really funny."
In one show, Ellis claims to have fought an entire band. And he concedes that rules for each fight vary.
Sounds like a whole lot insanity, considering MTV's Jackass became a hit for just being plain crazy and MMA is garnering more interest than hockey.
This show just might become a hit.
