Texas A&M won the national championship last night, and while that's big news, we have to talk about something that happened during the celebration after the game.
As the Aggies celebrated their huge win over Notre Dame, head coach Gary Blair got caught up in the moment. The music was going and his team was fired up, and then all of a sudden, a tragedy happened.
The man tried to do the Dougie. This was worse than when Elaine tried to dance on Seinfeld. He looked like he was trying to wipe his forehead off while shuffling like a zombie in "The Walking Dead." In fact, I believe he set dance back 25 years just with that little outburst. If I were one of his players, I would never, under any circumstances, let him forget about that display.
After this, there may have to be an age requirement for the Dougie, because if you make Skip Bayless look like Michael Jackson in his prime, you've done something horribly, horribly wrong.
Sometimes, when you're happy, you just have to dance, but let Blair's display be a lesson to you. If you want to dance, stay far, far away from the Dougie, because you will end up on YouTube, and people will make fun of you with zero remorse.
Somehow I doubt Blair regrets his display as he basks in the glow of a national championship. In fact, I thank him for giving me something to laugh at.
