Brock Lesnar vs. Junior dos Santos: TUF 13 on Spike TV—Isn’t It Always, Brock?
“I ain’t here to make friends, I ain’t here to make new friends, this is strictly business for me.”
Brock says this as if it’s a change from his default setting. Do you get the impression that much of what Lesnar does is fun and games? Me neither.
Dude is about as gruff and no-nonsense as they come; even when he’s playing around and engaging in shenanigans, they haven’t been of the light-hearted variety. And they’ve had a bottom-line agenda i.e. he’s creating buzz around himself when he flips the double bird to the crowd or breaks out his heel persona which I presume is a carryover from his WWE days.
I mean, if that dude waltzed into your home, would you immediately guess he was there to make friends? Yeah, probably not.
Contrarily, Junior seems like a happy-go-lucky kind of hombre...unless you find yourself to be locked in an Octagon with him. In that case, he’s an Excedrin-headache waiting to happen.
