UFC welterweight champion Georges St-Pierre will end the month of April inside the Octagon, facing Jake Shields in front of 55,000 mixed martial arts fans in the main event at UFC 129.

St-Pierre will begin his month with his likeness adorning the cover of the April edition of Men's Health magazine.

The article contains a fairly simple (not to be confused with easy) workout that could be performed at home. St-Pierre's trainer states that the workout only needs to be performed twice every seven days in order to see results.

The interview portion of the article was conducted prior to UFC 124, where St-Pierre battered Josh Koscheck, breaking his orbital bone with relentless left jabs.

Koscheck is still rehabbing from the surgery that was required after the beating St-Pierre gave him that night in December of last year.

One of the quotes from the interview offers a look at the mindset of St-Pierre.

"There is a difference between a fighter and a martial artist. A fighter is training for a purpose, he has a fight. I'm a martial artist," St-Pierre said. "I don't train for a fight, I train for myself. I'm training all the time. My goal is perfection, but I will never reach perfection."

UFC 129 will take place at the Rogers Centre in Toronto, Ontario on April 30. The main card, including the St-Pierre verses Shields bout, will be available on pay-per-view.
