WWE: Was Bill Goldberg the Greatest of All Time?

With the lack of any true new superstars in some time, it is looking more and more that Bill Goldberg, a former standout of the Atlanta Falcons, could have been the greatest wrestler of all time.

Chris Jericho is not the answer everyone was looking for. When Bill Goldberg came to WWE he pinned Triple H for the World Title. He had a winning streak of 173-0 when he won his first Heavyweight Championship in Atlanta Georgia.

Could you have imagined Jerry Jones with Bill Goldberg at the defensive helm and Deion Sanders alongside? Chris Miller would have had the defensive stoppers he needed, but Bill chose to go another path into a career he would skyrocket to the top in.

Bill was a diamond for a sinking ship of WCW. He was really the only true star they ever created, and he took the ball and ran with it.

Bill, we miss you. Maybe wrestling's not for you anymore, but you walked away at just the right time, leaving us all wanting a little more :(
