After another spanking from the boys, Lisa can't sit down. Her tush hurts. Her pride has been bruised. Dammit, she's ticked!

Ryan predicted the Alabama upset as well as an ND win. He also got the tie-breaker on the Penn State game (14 point spread, PSU won by 14) with a total of 6/10, while Lise spanked out a 2/10. Excellent job Ryan! Now boys, buy him a drink!

Updated tallies: Boys 22/40, Lise 10/40. The humanity of it all.

Up next is Miami Mitch, who actually does this kind of stuff professionally. Here is his up close and personal blurb...

"Hi I'm Mitch. When I'm not chatting it up with the best writers on the planet over at Bleacher Report I'm over at my own blog, The College Football Place, where I currently have close to 4,000 unique daily visitors and it's growing every day; I also have a solid winning record against the spread and publish at least 20 free picks a week."
"When I'm not watching, talking, writing, or producing video about college football, I work for a multi-billion dollar hedge fund specializing in investing across 5 different asset classes ranging from equities to venture capital/private equity; sometimes it can be just as exciting as the big game. We do a ton of work with the philanthropic community both here in Chicago and around the world and trust me when I say it is much more fun to give than receive."
Damn, I am officially scared of Mitch! :(

Utah -11.5 vs Oregon State

Lisa: Oregon State. I'm going with the Beavers to run on Utah and chew up the clock so Utah won't have a lot of time to score.
Mitch: Utah-Who doesn't do a Joe Pesci imitation when talking about the Utes?

Ole Miss -2.5 vs South Carolina

Lisa: South Carolina. I refuse to believe a Spurrier team will lose to another SEC team this early in the season. Ole Miss is hungover after Gators win.
Mitch: Ole Miss-Houston Nutt has the Rebels scoring points, Spurrier has the Cocks not scoring points; pretty simple math.

Texas Tech -7.5 @ Kansas State

Lisa: Texas Tech. K State is improved this year, but I still think Tech will put up a lot of points.
Mitch: Kansas State-I don't hold grudges,...... except against teams that schedule U Mass. Welcome to the Josh Freeman show.

Miami -2.5 @ Florida State
Lisa: Florida State. I'm not impressed with either of these teams, so I'm taking the home team to win it in a FG, hopefully not wide right.
Mitch: Miami. Born and raised in Dade county. We're not a Dream Team, we're your worst nightmare. C-A-N-E-S!!

Auburn -4 @ Vandy
Lisa: Vandy. I'm a believer in Vandy. I am not a believer in Auburn's offense.
Mitch: Vandy. Make that 5 home teams in a row for Miami Mitch.

Maryland -13.5 @ Virginia
Lisa: Maryland. The turtles will score 14 on Virginia in the first quarter.
Mitch: Maryland. I like to play a double boarded chess game called bug house and my partner went to Maryland, is that a good enough reason to take the Terps?

Texas -14 @ Colorado
Lisa: Texas. After the Buffs didn't play the 'Noles well, I have a feeling the Horns are going to gore Ralphie.
Mitch: Colorado. Dan Hawkins, Cody Hawkins, and 14 points? Ok, I'm sold.

Ohio State -2.5 @ Wisconsin
Lisa: Ohio State. Beanie and Pryor make all the difference in the world. Big win for the Bucks.

Mitch: Wisconsin. The Buckeyes return to the scene of the choke hold, the Badgers choked last week at the Big House; anyone know the Heimlich?

USC -16.5 vs Oregon

Lisa: USC. Complete homer pick here...the Ducks scare me, but I have to root for my own team, like Mitch and everyone else here. For the record, if I win this one, it's sheer luck, as the Ducks should cover.

Mitch: Oregon. This is a tough pick as the Ducks have built their team and season. around this game, usually a bad sign.

Mizzou -10.5 @ Nebraska

Lisa: Mizzou. This is the easiest pick of the day. Mizzou is ranked 2nd in passing offense, and the Huskers are ranked 94th in passing defense. Mizzou in a blow out.

Mitch: Nebraska. Normally I wouldn't touch this one but since it's here I'll take the team that gave up 35 point to Virginia Tech against a team that can score 100 on anyone.

Mitch added in this gem, for all you crazed fans that want to bet a sleeper:
BONUS: KENTUCKY +16 1/2- If Rich Brooks can get the Atlanta Falcons of all teams to the Super Bowl as their Defensive Coordinator he can do anything.
