Ben Gordon Back with Chicago Bulls for One More Year

Kyle deManincorCorrespondent IOctober 21, 2016

Ben Gordon will be with the Bulls for one more year after accepting a qualifying offer late Wednesday night.

The offer will make Gordon an unrestricted free agent after the 2008-2009 season.

Gordon was the Bulls leading scorer last season, averaging 18.6 PPG.

This will be his fifth season with the Bulls and will likely be his last after failing to reach a long-term agreement with the team.
