Georgia Bulldogs Move On

Georgia had gone 357 days between losses before Alabama took it to the Bulldogs. 

Georgia (4-1) fell from the ranks of the unbeaten after Alabama stormed to a 31-0 halftime lead that was a shock to some Bulldogs players, but the team showed some grit by not fading away in the second half.

The Bulldogs returned to practice for the first time since the defeat on Tuesday. They have an open date this weekend before playing Tennessee on Oct. 11 at 3:30 p.m. on CBS.

The bye week is a chance for Georgia to let its many bumps and bruises get better.  More than a dozen players did not practice Tuesday because of injury or were held out.
