NL-  Cubs/ Dodgers- The Cubs have the best line up top to bottom, in all of baseball. The Dodgers pitching has been consistently inconsistent. Manny isn’t enough for the Dodgers. Cubs in 4

Brewers/Phillies- The Brewers expended too much energy o their way to the playoffs. Wednesdays game will be CC Sabathia’s 4th start  on 3 days rest. How much does he have left? Ben Sheets is unavailable and Jeff Suppan has been horrid as of late

The Phillies got taught a lesson by the Rockies last year, they’ll be better for it.  Phillies in a sweep.

AL

\angels/Red Sox- the Angels have lost there last 3 postseason meetings to Boston. That changes this time around. Josh Beckett had his start pushed back to game 3 and the Sox rotation is much weaker than last season.

Angels in 5

White Sox- Rays

The White Sox have the highest percentage of their run support come from the long ball since 1969. Not a friendly statistic in postseason when runs are hard to come by.

The Ra haven’t lost this year in front of crowds of 30,000 plus

Rays in 5
