Reports from Mike Reiss of ESPN Boston have stated that Logan Mankins, who's attending a fund-raiser Saturday, has declined comment on his current contract situation.

Former New England Patriot Jarvis Green held a fund-raiser in Seekonk, MA, and many of the current Houston Texan's former teammates attended, Mankins among them.

Mankins had the franchise tag placed on him by the Patriots on Feb. 14, and has yet to agree to the tender offered by New England. However, due to the current labor situation in the NFL and possible lockout, Mankins now cannot sign the current tender sheet.

Media members also brought up the news of a possible lockout to the Patriot lineman, and he declined comment again.

Saturday night was strictly a fund-raiser night for Mankins.
