NCAA Basketball 2011: Latest March Madness Round 1 Picks and Upset Alerts

Get your pens ready. It's time to fill out your two dozen brackets of the NCAA Men's Division I Basketball Tournament.

This is your year. You're going to win your office pool and you know it.

You've got a "feeling" about that No. 15 seed. You now which No. 12 seeds are going to pull first-round upsets. Your Final Four is a surefire taxi to victory. You're already working on your year-long trash talk for all your buddies.

The tournament is set to get underway on Tuesday with a format never used before. There are 68 teams dancing now, with four play-in games to determine two 16 seeds, a 12 seed and an 11 seed.

It only makes it all the more interesting and difficult to predict.

There will be upsets, but by who? The tournament has changed over the years, with mid-majors garnering more and more respect and getting higher seeds. But the upsets keep coming from major conference schools seeded lower than in past seasons.

It's time to buckle up and buckle down for one of sports most exciting and unpredictable events. Cinderella's got a new dance to attend and she's ready to get her groove on.
