College Football: Week 6 Chris Picks
There is usually at least one game that sticks out when I look at the College Football odds each week. Week six is not a usual week because there is not one game that sticks out screaming “pick me”. Last week the Florida vs Ole Miss game was that game, but this week there are only a few games I see that are less risky than others (in my opinion) but if I had to offer any advice at all it would be to not bet on any games this week. If betting on games is what you enjoy then the games I would suggest are the following.

Oregon St +11.5 vs Utah: Normally, I would suggest taking Utah in a game like this. Oregon St had their big win against USC and many times an average team will flop the next game after coming off a big win, but the fact Oregon St flat out beat USC makes me think they actually have a decent team. Utah’s only big win was against Michigan and Michigan is not that good. Last week Utah beat Weber St 37-21 which means if Utah allowed Weber St to score 21 points, Oregon will have no trouble at all scoring and maybe even controlling the tempo of the game. Take Oregon St +11.5.

South Carolina +2.5 vs Ole Miss: Ole Miss had their big win last week against Florida. Unlike Oregon St, Ole Miss got lucky. Don’t get me wrong, Ole Miss is going to be a good team and is on that path already but they still have a few bugs to work out and this year is going to be rocky. South Carolina wins this game.

Stanford +8 vs Notre Dame: The Irish struggled against San Diego St and lost to Michigan St. Their only big win was against Michigan which is not saying much. There is always the luck of the Irish so don’t mess with this game if you don’t have to but if you are thinking about it take Stanford.
