The Chicago Bears' Four Biggest Disappointments This Season
You can read this article and many other articles at BearsBacker.com. It's the blog for any Chicago Bears fan.
No. 1) Marty Booker
Until last night, Marty Booker had caught one ball all season. I know he's 31-years old and hasn't been on the Bears in three years, but come on, look at Muhsin Muhammad for the Panthers.
No. 2) Kevin Payne
This guy is the worst player on that defense. He is always too deep in coverage when he needs to play closer to line. He does have two interceptions, but he needs to step it up or he will be where Adam Archuleta is—nowhere.
No. 3 Greg Olsen
I knew he would bounce back with a big game, but the Bears have yet to really utilize their two, very talented tight ends, and Greg Olsen was very bad the first three weeks of the season, failing to get open and fumbling the ball constantly.
No. 4 Rashied Davis
This guy was supposed to be our main WR, but Brandon Lloyd has taken that spot. Rashied looks good in some parts of the game, but then he just disappears for most of the game.
If he caught a great pass from Orton against Tampa Bay, we would be 3-1, but he needs to step it up. The coaches will look like fools if he fails. They were raving about this guy all training camp.

Hey it is a good article, but would have been better a week ago lol. With most of these guys doing well last night, they might be turning it around.

agreed ... Chicago looked pretty good in all facets of the game last night.

I also agree. I have been overly impressed with the way the team has looked other than the 4th quarter against Carolina and the last 4 minutes against Tampa Bay. The defense did exactly what I was talking about in my article last week. They smelled blood and capitalized late. Something they hadn't done the previous two weeks. The offense didn't look great, but it was also a very tough defense they were facing.

I agree on Booker. Eve though he scored on Sunday, he has essentially been invisible the entire season as well as the pre season.
