One Hundred Articles Down, Countless More to Go

Okay, first of all, I'm not the one wearing the shirt. I just found the photo when I typed "Bleacher Report" in the photo box.

For those of you who don't know me, my name is Thomas.  I'm an 18-year-old college student who loves sports.

Back in mid-August, I wrote My Story about the Bleacher Report.  It was basically an early thanks to B/R.  If you want a little background about me, just go to that article.

I joined B/R in the beginning of August and quickly became hooked.  I wrote article after article, and I was crazy about the site.  I still am.

Now, just under two months later, I'm writing my 100th article—a high point in anyone's view here.

As my profile says, my first love is soccer.  (I mean football to all you non-Americans.)  I live and breathe soccer. Naturally, the majority of my articles have been about soccer.  However, I've written many other articles about other sports—a few golf articles here, a few football articles there, and some Olympic articles, too.

Throughout the time I've been here, I have been blessed to gain great fans, had five different articles win POTD, and had the opportunity to become the community leader for MLS.  I have many people here who encourage me and give me feedback and advice.

Here are my thanks back to all of you.

Alex, Yoosof, and Jeff: You guys are some of my most favorite writers, and I'm honored that my articles are good enough for you.

Salaar and Andrew: You two are excellent writers and encouragers.  Thanks for all you've done so far.

Michelle: You have shown me that guys aren't the only ones who can write about sports.  Although you're a Liverpool fan, you're great.  Keep it up, and don't stop the humor!

Gray Ghost: Gray, you're awesome, my friend.  Although you're a DAWG, I still enjoy your work. Thanks for everything. What about those Gators?!

Joe: I'm honored to be co-CL with you.  Your articles are great.  Thanks for everything.

Editors: I am not the perfect writer; I make mistakes.  However, not everyone notices them...except the editors.  I have had so many editors fix my crap pieces that I can't name them all.  To all of you, I thank you immensely.

Everyone else: I know I haven't named all of the people I should thank.  If I haven't, please don't think that I'm forgetting you.  You are all great.  Without you, I wouldn't be where I am now.  Thanks.

Now I'm past the 100 mark.  What's next?  More articles, hopefully.  Be sure that I'm gonna be here for a while.  Thank you all again.  One hundred articles down—many more to go.
