College Football Week 5 Picks
The first College Football game that caught my eye in week 5 is the Ole Miss vs Florida game. Right now the line is Florida -22. Although the game is in Florida, Ole Miss always gives Florida fits. Since 2002, the results between these two teams are as followed.
2002: Florida 14 @ Ole Miss 17
2003: Florida 17 vs Ole Miss 20
2004: DNP
2005: DNP
2006: DNP
2007: Florida 30 @ Ole Miss 24

Florida is better than they were last year but so is Ole Miss. The Swamp is a tough place to play but Ole Miss will not lose by more than 22.

Another pick I like is North Carolina +8 against Miami (Fl). North Carolina is 2-1 with the one loss given to them by Virginia Tech. VT beat them 20-17 but Miami is also 2-1 with a loss against Florida in which they got drummed 26-3. Last week Miami beat a weak Texas A&M team 41-23, but I am not sold on Miami and I think there is a chance North Carolina can pull off the upset. It should be a close game and I like North Carolina at +8.

Before hurricane Ike hit Texas which caused the Texas vs Arkansas game to be rescheduled I liked Arkansas at +28. After watching Arkansas against Alabama, this pick doesn’t look that great. I would still take it but it is very risky.

Finally, I am getting back on track and if you want to get information on who to bet on each week keep visiting Unlike other sites, I am not going to tell you I have a lock pick because there is no such thing. Do not fall for the lock pick trick because there is no such thing as a lock when gambling, the best way to bet is to get the most information as possible and make a decision from that information. My goal is to provide you with information.
