UFC 127 will take place on Saturday, Feb. 26 at the sold out Acer Arena in Sydney, Australia. The fight card will be headlined by a welterweight bout between MMA legend B.J. Penn and top ranked Jon Fitch.

As the fight nears, UFC president Dana White has been posting video blogs.

His newest was released after the weigh-ins took place for UFC 127.

Some highlights:

The spectacular view from his room, which includes the Sydney Opera House, "big crazy bridge up there, I don't know what it's called." (Sydney Harbour Bridge...yeah, I had to look that up.)

After admiring the view, White heads to the weigh-ins where he runs into Kenny Florian who reports that his car was broken into and, according to White, "someone stole all his s**t."

The video then follows White as he stands in for the fighter staredowns at the weigh-ins.

The weigh-ins are fairly uneventful until Jorge Rivera and Michael Bisping face off. As soon as Bisping approaches for the staredown, he lets loose a torrent of verbiage. White is then forced to step between the gesticulating fighters. After the exchange Dana grins, commenting, "I don't think they like each other."

To end the video blog, White asks Penn, "How do you think you're gonna finish this fight?" Penn's response? "With my hand raised."

The UFC will stream two fights from this card on Facebook beginning at 8 pm ET:

Anthony Perosh vs. Tom Blackledge

Zhang Tie Quan  vs. Jason Reinhardt

At 9 pm ET, three additional preliminary fights will be broadcast on ION television:

Ross Pearson  vs. Spencer Fisher

Nick Ring  vs. Riki Fukuda

The main card will kick off at 10 pm ET and will be a pay-per-view event:
