Kobe Bryant and the Los Angeles Lakers get ready for the stretch run in a season that has undoubtedly raised more questions about the team than recent years.
Bryant still appears to be the one of the best in the game, judging by his 37 points at the NBA All-Star Game, and although other teams appear to be closing the gap with the defending champs, the Lakers are still the defending champs and still a top contender to make it to the NBA Finals this year.
On the other side of things, Joe Johnson and the Atlanta Hawks go up against the 38-19 Lakers tonight, sporting a record of 34-21.
Look for JJ and the Hawks to make life difficult as the Lakers look to regain balance in the second half after a shaky start.
Meanwhile, Greg Louganis, basically the Michael Jordan of diving, reportedly has come back to coach for Fullerton College and is doing quite well.
This and a whole lot more after the (page) break.
