Milwaukee Bucks Assign Larry Sanders to Fort Wayne Mad Ants

The Milwaukee Bucks have assigned rookie forward Larry Sanders to the NBDL's Fort Wayne Mad Ants.

The Mad Ants are the official D-League team of the Milwaukee Bucks, Indiana Pacers, and Detroit Pistons.

Sanders has appeared in 36 games and started in eight, his season averages are 4.1 PPG, 2.9 RPG, and 1.2 BPG.

“We’re looking forward to seeing his progress as he works with Coach Meyer and his Fort Wayne teammates.” General Manager John Hammond said to NBC15.com. “This is an opportunity for Larry to receive regular minutes and continue his skill development."

Sanders will meet with the team today and play his first game with them on Tuesday against the Springfield Armor.
