A suspect was arrested in the cruel poisoning of historic trees and soil at Toomer’s corner in Auburn, Ala. The suspect was charged with malicious conduct and the list of charges, both State and Federal, is expected to grow as the investigation continues.

At 62 years old, and a well known Alabama fan from Dadeville, Ala., the criminal is innocent until convicted as guilty.

The vast majority of Alabama fans are appalled at the criminal actions of one of their own.
