Sports Illustrated swimsuit 2011 Introduces Us to New Fireballer Kate Upton

The release of Sports Illustrated's annual swimsuit edition is a day marked on many a teenage guy's calendar, and with good reason. After all, it's not every day that a magazine loaded to the brim with lovely ladies in skimpy swimwear arrives in your mailbox.

But it's not just the established hotties that get the blood pumping; the issue also provides us with a plethora of newfound heat in it's pages.

One of the standout swimsuit rookies in 2011 is 18-year-old Kate Upton.

This blonde bombshell has been floating around the modeling world for three years, according to Sports Illustrated

The mag tells us that she was a midwestern girl who dreamed of being a model, when she was discovered during an open call three years ago.

She became one of the faces of Guess lingerie (proving her heritage running around in skimpy clothes), as well as a cover model for Cosmopolitan Bride.

But, despite all of that, she never really hit the world's sexy lady consciousness.

Needless to say, her shoots with the sports magazine are going to change all that.

From her Cindy Crawford-esque mole to those eyes, it's clear that Kate Upton's a name you'll be hearing plenty about in the months to come.
