Tonight on Monday Night Raw, it was officially announced that Dwayne Johnson, also known as The People's Champ, also known as, The Rock, will be returning to the WWE to host Wrestlemania 27. 

Has anyone else ever been happier?

Not only is The Rock back, but he brought with him one of, if not the best, promo in the history of the WWE.

A promo that not only acknowledged every aspect of what we love about The Rock, not only a promo that brought us a true taste and nostalgic feeling of the once incredible "Attitude Era" of the WWE, but a promo that really, truly made us remember why we love the WWE.

When The Rock's music kicked on, I got goosebumps (by the way, if you know who's ankles they were, let me in on the secret).

I was never one to say the Rock owed anything to WWE, but man did I miss him.

Tonight is a night that will go down in the WWE history books.

The Rock single handedly stole the show, as he has on so may occasions in his incredible career. After cutting the promo of the decade, it is time for The Rock to electrify and excite us, and to layeth the Smackdown on the WWE Universe.

Tonight my friends, was nothing short of incredible.
