Dolphins Crush Patriots, But Still Disrespected.

ed cyr by Contributor Written on September 23, 2008

The Miami Dolphins were by far the NFL's worst team in 2007 recording a record of 1-15 a mark that spurned the renovation of an entire franchise. New England on the other hand had the complete opposite season that Miami had posting a perfect 16-0 regular season record and a trip to the Super Bowl. Now this was last season, but when the two met on Sunday most people expected the same result. This is what pisses me off a Tom Brady-less pats team is still looked at as if they are still a Super Bowl contender and the Dolphins are still seen as the lowly '07 phins. IT'S A WHOLE NEW SEASON PEOPLE AND THE TEAMS ARE NOT THE SAME AS THEY WERE LAST YEAR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Im not saying the Pats are suddenly among the bottom feeders of the NFL or the dolphins are a playoff team. But i am sick and tired of people calling the Dolphins " lowly" it's disrespectful because it's not true. It's a whole new team with a new identity and most importantly a new season. The Dolphins are not a playoff team but I can name seven or eight teams that this team is better than, oh wait nine after the 38-13 win over NE Sunday.
