All they got was Carols Quentin, the unproven player. Also, lets not forget the starting rotation they started out with. They traded away Jon Garland and had to start John Danks and Gavin Floyd. Despite all this, look where Whit Sox are, first place in the AL Central. AL central was supposed to be the best division. Without great leadership, this couldn't have happened.
