Lewis Hamilton's Appeal Rejected

Lewis Hamilton has had his Appeal rejected by a Formula One appeal court today, 23rd September 2008.

He will start the Singapore Grand Prix with only a one point lead over Massa.

The FIA ruled that the appeal was inadmissible, which comes as no surprise as the penalty was awarded as a retrospective drive-through penalty. Drive-through penalties are not subject to appeals.
