For those of you suffering through your Super Bowl hangovers on this weekend in mid-February, fear not. There is still plenty of action unfolding across the wide world of sports, and I'm here to keep you fully up to speed.

The NASCAR season unofficially gets started today with the Bud Shootout at Daytona International Speedway, so I'll try to bring all the gearheads out there up on what's taking place in Florida this weekend.

The NBA's lightning rod for controversy is at it again, as LeBron James dominates the headlines today after being caught on camera confronting a heckler last night during the Miami Heat's game against the Detroit Pistons.

We've also got another athlete all too familiar with controversy making headlines, but thankfully for Tiger Woods, it has to do with his strong performance in the Dubai Desert Classic. I'll bring you up to speed on how Tiger's faring in the Middle East, and whether or not he's got a big Sunday run in store tomorrow.

All that and more, as they say, so keep it tuned here for your must-know sports news.
