WWE News: TNA Wrestler Doubts That Sting Would Ever Sign With WWE
Sting Rumor Reveals Why He May Not Fit in WWE
One TNA wrestler isn't so sure that Sting would ever wind up in the WWE.
According to the Pro Wrestling Torch, an anonymous TNA wrestler said Sting has openly expressed mistrust of Vince McMahon, because Sting feels like he has to be carried in his matches and has already developed trust in the ring with a number of TNA workers.
The widespread feeling in the wrestling industry about Sting is that he often forgets his spots in the ring, and thus, his opponent has to carry the match.
Isn't that crazy?
I do remember reading that Sting forgot the finish to a pay-per-view match a couple of years back, but I cannot recall any other times when he was completely lost in the ring.
Still, I find it odd that a wrestling legend such as Sting would have such huge problems in the ring.
Is it because of his age, or has he always been like that?
Better yet, is this something that would prevent him from making the jump to WWE?
Personally, I don't think so.
The lure of working with the WWE, especially on the grand stage of Wrestlemania, is too much to pass up because of an odd insecurity in the ring.
However, that being said, this is just the latest in the line of about 379 reports on Sting's "free agency" status.
Maybe if the guy finally shows up in WWE or TNA sometime soon, we can all stop speculating.
