Clay Matthews Is The Busiest Man In America, And The Next Stop On His Whirlwind Tour Is At The Grammy Awards

Clay Matthews has had quite an extraordinary week. First, he wins his first Super Bowl when the Packers defeated the Steelers, 31-25, last Sunday. Then, he made an appearance at the WWE Smackdown tapings on Tuesday.

Now, you can add Grammy Award presenter to the long list of events Matthews has been a part of since last Sunday.

Yes, the Green Bay Packers linebacker is going to present an award at this Sunday's Grammy Awards.

He doesn't know what award he is going to be presenting, but he does have at least a general idea of who he would like to present with. "All I asked is if they could set me up with a smoking, single actress." Matthews said on The Dan Patrick Show on Friday.

Surely, the people who put the presenters together can come up with someone who matches that criteria.

One person that matches all of Matthews' criteria is Desperate Housewife cast member Eva Longoria. There's not a man alive that wouldn't love to present any award with her. Perhaps Matthews and Longoria could form the new power couple, with him conquering the NFL and her just being her.

Either way, Matthews has had an amazing week, one that most people can only dream of, and he is taking full advantage of his new found celebrity.

Hopefully, we won't have to wait very long to see him back doing what he does best, play linebacker. Given the NFL's current labor situation, it seems unlikely, but it's still early in the process.
