Anderson "The Spider" Silva is arguably the best MMA fighter of all-time. Pound for pound, Silva is simply the best.

This one hell of a man stands at 6'2" and weighs 185 pounds.

Silva has complied an astonishing record of 28-4 with 16 TKOs. If that is not convincing enough these accomplishments would impress anyone:

  • Most consecutive title defenses: Eight.
  • Most successful title defenses:Eight.
  • Most consecutive wins in UFC: Thirteen.
  • Longest UFC title reign.

Since 2006, Silva has not lost a single fight. With every win, he continues to set record upon record for the sport of mixed martial arts.

Silva has taken down the likings of Chael Sonnen, Dan Henderson, Rich Franklin, Forrest Griffin, Nate Marquardt and Victor Belfort.

In Silva's 32 professional fights, 75 percent of them have been called off before the final bell; only twice in the Octagon has he gone the full time.

Pound for pound, Anderson Silva is the best MMA fighter of all-time. Just his stats alone prove this.
