Alabama-Kentucky to Air on CBS

The SEC office announced today that CBS Sports will televise the October 4 matchup between Alabama and Kentucky from Bryant-Denny Stadium in Tuscaloosa, AL at 2:30 P.M., CDT.

Both teams are currently undefeated. Kentucky will take on Western Kentucky, a team Alabama beat 41-7 two weeks ago, this week. Alabama will face the No. 3 Georgia Bulldogs in Athens.

Alabama is currently ranked No. 8 in the Associated Press poll and No. 10 in the USA Today Coaches' poll. Kentucky is currently unranked in both polls, although they have received votes in each.

The last time Alabama and Kentucky met on the gridiron was 2004 in Lexington, a game the Crimson Tide won 45-17.

Alabama has dominated the series, holding a 33-2-1 lead over the Wildcats.
