Los Angeles Kings Beat Calgary Flames in Seven-Round Shootout

The Los Angeles Kings and Calgary Flames faced off last night in Calgary as a part of “Hockey Night in Canada” on the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation.

The two teams entered tonight tied with 58 points apiece and on the cusp of the top eight.

By the end of the night, one of them would move back into playoff position.

Both teams got off to a fast start.

Indeed, the game was tied 1-1 fewer than 90 seconds into the game.
