The Super Bowl halftime show has always been one of the biggest stages for a band or artists to play in. Not only are they playing in front of over 100,000 people in the stadium, but to millions of others world wide. This year featured The Black Eyed Pees in what was one of the worst performances of all time. The halftime show needs a redemption and here a few that might bring it.

Metallica

Metallica has been huge for a very long time and has a mass following in fans from teens to 40 year olds both make up a large base market for both Metallica and NFL games. In almost every football game the pre game music in Enter Sandman now put that live on the Super Bowl.

Creed

They reunited in 2009 and came Full Circle in 2010 and now they have a chance to preform on the biggest stage in America. Before their small break up in 2004 Creed was huge peaking in 2001 and even performing at the Thanksgiving Day Game between Dallas and Denver.

AC DC

It's kind of surprising that one of the biggest bands in America has still not played in the Super Bowl with others such as The Who and Rolling Stones who already performed its time AC DC perfroms too.

Journey

Wouldn't it be great to see Journey reunite on the biggest stage in America?

Eminem

So you tired of rock huh ok here is one of the best rappers in world and let's put him in the super Bowl. To be a little more serious I think Eminem would be a nice change from the travesty of this year's half time show with out going to rock.

Weird Al Yankovic

Taking a break from the serious artists and bands let's go to parody bands. Weird Al is known for his hilarious and sometime odd music videos which has made some of the best parody's of all time.

Guns N' Roses

Slash was in this year's halftime show, but only for about a minute then he was gone not to mention Fergie destroyed Sweet Child Of Mine. So it's time to redeem the song with a halftime performance of their own.
