Mark Sanchez May Have Been Involved With 17-Year-Old Girl
Before you read any further, please understand one thing:
This is a RUMOR.
Indeed, nothing has been confirmed one way or another, and there's a pretty good possibility that absolutely nothing will come of this.
Nevertheless, there's a report out from Deadspin.com (the same folks who published Rex Ryan's foot fetish videos) that New York Jets quarterback Mark Sanchez may have, as they put it, 'romanced' a 17-year-old minor.
The site has reportedly been working on the story for several weeks now, and they claim that the girl in question sent them photos of Sanchez's bedroom a few weeks ago. However, they recently got a letter from the girl's lawyers telling them to back off.
The letter, as you can see in their latest post, clearly states that any and all allegations regarding their client are completely false.
Nevertheless, the folks at Deadspin appear to think that the fact the young girl thought to seek legal counsel is pretty telling.
Well, that may or may not be the case. It's obviously way too early to know anything for sure, and as such it's definitely not a good idea for anybody to start running their mouth about Sanchez either.
After all, and I am indeed going to say it again, this is a RUMOR.
