Tiger Woods, Roger Goodell, and the 2011 Super Bowl are but a few of the sports topics that are front and center on this late Friday afternoon. Considering we have a pretty major weekend coming up, there are bound to be more as we move on into the evening and later into the night.

Now just a week removed from his 2011 debut at the Farmers Insurance Open, Tiger Woods' infamous 2009 car crash is the subject of headlines once again. We'll talk all about that in the near future, but will also try to offer up a few words of wisdom about his season moving forward.

NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell spoke at length at a press conference early this afternoon. Naturally, the subject of the hour was the expiring collective bargaining agreement, as everyone wants to know whether or not there will be football next season. It's obviously a pretty serious issue, and we aim to discuss it in as much depth as possible.

Last but not least, Super Bowl XLV is set to kick off in a little over 48 hours. The Green Bay Packers and Pittsburgh Steelers should be quite well prepared at this point, but there is some breaking news regarding one of the Steelers.

All in good time, of course. It's already a busy day, but don't worry about being left behind. Just keep it here and we'll keep you posted on all the latest.
