The third wave of signings included some of the biggest names on the market. 5-star linebacker Curtis Grant, 5-star running back Isaiah Crowell, 5-star defensive end Jermauria Rasco and 4-star defensive tackle Gabe Wright all signed their letters of intent this afternoon.

Grant chose Ohio State over Florida, Crowell decided to stay in-state at Georgia, Rasco made it official at LSU and Wright joined the ever-growing class at Auburn.

While none of the announcements came as surprises compared to the earlier news from the day, the magnitude of these signings can't be understated.

Grant and Crowell are arguably the best players at their positions in the country, Rasco is a top five defensive end and Wright is a top 10 defensive tackle.

All of them have the potential to be huge instant impact players next season.

They're also some of the last big names to come off the market, with only 4-star safety Marquise Lee and 5-star cornerback De'Anthony Thomas left to make TV announcements today.

Of course, with the nation's top overall recruit, Jadeveon Clowney delaying his decision to Feb. 14, we're a long way from wrapping up the 2011 recruiting season.
