Super Bowl Prop Bets 2011: Will an Ex-Steeler or Ex-Packer be Interviewed First?
Super Bowl prop bets head to the sideline for this one.
We're looking here for which team will have an ex-player be interviewed on TV first. With both the Packers and the Steelers boasting an impressive lineup of Hall of Fame stars, undoubtedly some will be on the sidelines.
The odds are even at the moment, but to me, the Steelers look to be the favorite at first glance. Franco Harris actually presented the Lamar Hunt trophy at the end of the AFC Championship game, and both he and Rocky Bleier were honorary captains for the team last week, making frequent television appearances.
The Packers were represented at the NFC Championship by Hall of Fame defensive end Willie Davis. Might Brett Favre make an appearance in Arlington? If he does, he'll certainly swing things in favor of Green Bay, since he can't seem to go anywhere without a hundred reporters following his every move.
I'd say that Favre won't be there, and so you should go with the Steelers.
