If the LSU Tigers beat the Ohio State Buckeyes in the BCS National Championship Game on Monday night, then the Kansas Jayhawks may win a share of the title.
Here is an argument for why there may be a SPLIT National Championship between Kansas and LSU, if the Tigers win the BCS National Championship Game on Monday night:
Kansas only lost one game this season—to the 12-2 Missouri Tigers.
On the other hand, LSU lost two games this season—both to five-loss teams.
In fact, one of LSU's losses was at home, on senior day, to the Arkansas Razorbacks.
The Arkansas Razorbacks are a sucky team—they were crushed by the aforementioned Missouri Tigers 38-7 in the Cotton Bowl on Tuesday!
