We have reached the end of the week and with it comes a mountain of news from the sports world.

The Australian Open, the first tennis grand slam of the year, has been underway for nearly a week and there have been a number of intriguing stories that have come from down under thus far.

Early Friday morning, Venus Williams was forced to retire from her match after only one game. We will have the latest on what happened and if this opens the door for other players.

Of course, the biggest story of the weekend is going to be the NFL's version of the final four. There are only three games left in the 2010-11 NFL season and two of them are played on Sunday evening.

The day kicks off with Green Bay-Chicago and ends with New York-Pittsburgh. By 11 PM EST, we will know the two teams that are going to Dallas to play in Super Bowl XLV. We will have the latest news and updates as we head into championship Sunday.

In the NBA, the Miami Heat are struggling once again. Team president Pat Riley has had to come out once again and say that the team isn't worried. While they have lost four straight games, they haven't had the big three together in those games. We will talk about what problems the Heat face and if that will affect them come playoff time.

We will have updates on all of these stories and so many more! It's a conference championship weekend here on Bleacher Report. No need to refresh, as the page will automatically update. Stay with us throughout the day for the latest news in the sports world.
