Packers Vs. Bears: Aaron Rodgers Looking To Get The Best Of Bears Defense

Aaron Rodgers quietly has been having a really good year. It only was in the last month of the season that he started getting more attention from the national media, beginning with his second concussion of the year and questions on whether he was coming back to play too soon.

Once he was back, the Packers offense really started clicking, a running game emerged, and now the Packers have knocked the top-seeded Falcons out of the playoffs in the NFC.

Now we get to renew one of football's oldest rivalries as the Packers take on the Bears for the right to represent the NFC in the Super Bowl in Dallas. The Bears and Packers split the season series, so once again the 2011 postseason will feature a rubber match between division rivals.

The Bears won the Week 3 contest in a game filled with so many Green Bay penalties, there was as much yellow on the field as there was on Packers sideline. The Packers won the Week 17 contest to get in the playoffs, sacking Jay Cutler six times.

But that game was a 10-3 defensive battle, and there's no guarantee you'll see that this week, although both defenses are great.
