New York Jets-New England Patriots Halftime Update
In what may be shocking or unexpected to many sports fans watching this game time, the New York Jets are leading the AFC Divisional Playoff Matchup against the Patriots in New England going into the second half of play.
In the first quarter David Harris picked off Tom Brady and within thirty yards of scoring, and ran it all the way down to the Patriots' 20-yard line before being tracked down by tight-end Algae Crumpler.
Sanchez was unproductive the following drive, and Folk missed a seemingly easy 30-yard field goal. The next drive Brady led the Patriots down the field and eventually were successful on a field goal attempt.
With about 11 minutes left in the first half, Mark Sanchez made an outstanding throw to Braylon Edwards, which was than followed by a LaDainian Tomlinson touchdown run with 10:30 remaining.
