This Monday, September 15, the Philadelphia Flyers are holding a four-day rookie camp open to the public for free. John Paddock, the Philadelphia Phantom's coach (the Flyers' AHL affiliate team) will be in charge of practices Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday, which start around 10 A.M. EST at The Skate Zone in Camden County, PA.

The camp will end with a game against the Washington Capitals' rookies on Thursday in Northern Virginia. Highly anticipated rookie right-winger Claude Giroux is expected to play, this being his first test before the season starts October 10 vs. the New York Rangers. This rookie camp is meant to lead into the Flyers' pre-season camp, which starts September 20.
