Fans of the "New York Bad Ass" won't have to wait long to see their hero fight again as UFC/Strikeforce veteran Phil Baroni has signed with Titan Fighting Championships.

The organization announced the signing Wednesday night, adding he will compete on their March 25th event in Kansas City, MO, against an opponent to be determined.

In the release, Baroni (13-13) said, "I'm very happy and excited to re-start my career with Titan Fighting in Kansas City. I have another chapter to write and it starts March 25. The best NYBA 'eva is fighting for Titan... People love a comeback."

Titan has a deal with HDNet and has an event scheduled on the show this month, headlined by Tim Sylvia vs. Abe Wagner.

The 34-year-old Baroni was cut by the UFC In January after his third consecutive loss, a 1st round TKO to Brad Tavares at UFC 125.
