BCS Championship Game: Final Score, Auburn 22, Oregon 19
And there you have it.
Auburn wins the national championship as Wes Byrum kicks a 19-yard field goal as time expires to beat Oregon, 22-19.
The game had a bit of intrigue at the end as freshman Michael Dyer turned a short run into a delayed 37-yard run that helped set up the winning score.
What turned out to be a ho-hum national title game got exponentially better in the final four, five minutes as Oregon rallied to tie the game at 19-all before the Tigers drove down the field for the game-winning field goal.
