Cam Newton NCAA Investigation: Invesgation Still Ongoing As BCS Title Game Nears.

Earlier this year, Auburn's Heisman winner Cameron Newton was declared ineligible by Auburn when he was found to have violated "amateurism rules" involving him.

But he was reinstated a day later by the NCAA after it was reported Newton's father, Cecil, had accepted money and Cameron could not be proven to have taken anything himself.

Now, two Atlanta-area men are reportedly being interviewed by NCAA investigators on whether they were asked to and did deliver money to Cecil Newton to repair his church in Newman, GA.

Cecil Newton was reportedly found to have shopped Cameron Newton to Mississippi State for $180,000 in a pay-for-play scheme.
