Jim Harbaugh is going pro again.

Sources have indicated that the San Francisco 49ers and Stanford Cardinal head coach Jim Harbaugh have agreed to a five-year, $25 million contract.

Harbaugh is coming off a 12-1 season with the Cardinal, capped off with an Orange Bowl victory.

The news has swayed back and forth the last 48 hours with the Miami Dolphins, Denver Broncos and University of Michigan Wolverines all being linked to the coach.

When Andrew Luck announced he would return for his redshirt junior season, boosters began getting together, and the university made a pitch to give Harbaugh a raise to stay on board.

The 49ers have announced a 3:30 PST press conference.
