NFL Playoff Predictions: Why the Patriots Will Win the Super Bowl
NFL Playoff Predictions are here, and the Patriots are generating a large amount of the buzz this far.
Owning the best record in the NFL this season, the Patriots have locked in Home Field Advantage, and a bye in the opening round of the playoffs.
Many media reports say New England is stronger than ever. The Pats scored 31 points or more in 11 of their 16 games, including a 42-point win over the Jets, and a 29-point victory over the Bears. They are far and away the front runner in the playoffs, and for good reason.
When the Patriots won three Super Bowls in four seasons from 2001-04, they had a similar dynamic that resembles this season. Deion Branch is back, and it seems he and Brady are picking up right where they left off. Wes Welker has seven touchdowns and close to a thousand yards receiving.
Brady hasn't thrown an interception in a record number of attempts, and it seems nothing will slow them down. The Saints are still strong, but won't be able to put up the points put forth by the Patriots.
The Falcons are rough on the edges, but won't be fading anytime soon. No team in the AFC seems to be able to match up either, and this playoffs might be a runaway victory for the Patriots.
