NFL Playoff Predictions: This is one of the best times of the year. We get the cream of the crop in the NFL and the teams get thrown together in an all-out cage match. Last man standing wins.
This is looking like yet another great year for postseason play. But there is one little hiccup to the matchups that I cannot help but notice.
All the good teams are playing away this year. For the most part, the better teams all have lower seedings. Such is the great wisdom of the NFL.
In one game, we are forced to watch a team with a losing record take the field. That should never happen. But in 2011, it will happen right there on national television. The Seattle Seahawks will suit up in a playoff game this season, and I am supposed to buy in.
But the travesty of the seedings does not stop there. I submit to you that the higher seeds will have a very bad year.
