Malcolm Jenkins Injury: Saints DB Jenkins Injures Knee Against Buccaneers
New Orleans Saints defensive back Malcolm Jenkins has injured his knee while attempting to tackle Tampa Bay Buccaneers running back LeGarrette Blount.
Jenkins struggled to get off the field and the medical staff came on to offer support.
Jenkins knee was taped and he ran through some drills to test it. Following, he went into the locker room where further tests and evaluations are being taken.
He did not return and Darren Sharper replaced him in the game.
Jenkins has really emerged this season and he's registered 62 tackles with a pair of interceptions. Losing him for the playoffs would be a huge loss for the defensive unit.
